CARTOONS FINE ART PSYCHOLOGY
CARTOONS FINE ART PSYCHOLOGY
What is a cartoon in fine art?
While the word cartoon usually refers to an animation or a funny drawing, in an art historical context it can also refer to a full scale preparatory drawing of a fresco , oil painting, or a tapestry.
Caricature and cartoons in graphic art, comically distorted drawings or likeness, done with the purpose of satirizing or ridiculing its subject. Cartoons are used today primarily for conveying political commentary and editorial opinion in newspapers and for social comedy and visual wit in magazines.
The activity of drawing can be very fulfilling as it helps in engaging various cognitive domains in creating, evaluating, analyzing, applying, and assimilating information. Cartooning also improves hand -eye coordination, motor skills, observation skills, and eye for detail that will keep them in good stead for life!

MY WORK
"CHILDHOOD MEMORIES"
This painting is very close to my heart, because it consists of all those cartoon caricatures which has been a part of my childhood which includes MARIO, POKEMON, DORAEMON, and SHINCHAN. I do call this painting as "CHILDHOOD MEMORIES ", because these caricatures not only embraced our childhood days but is a souveneir for all those children who were born in either late 90s or early 20s era.
Playing Mario games on PS10 , watching nobita asking for an another gadget from doraemon , fighting battles for poke balls and badges and the naughtiness of shinchan been always my favourite personally, which I have tried to amalgamate in a single painting.
"MONEY MINDED DONALD DUCK"So, this is a painting which is inspired from a very famous disney character , DONALD DUCK from the show mickey mouse - clubhouse . I have tried to showcase the nature of Donald duck which is known for its semi-intelligible speech and his mischievous, temperamental, and pompous personality. Donald, conversely, hates work and wishes for a million dollars just like mickey mouse, in the story , so that he can live a life full of leisure and fun rather than toil which I have tried to present in my painting.
"LUMIERE- THE LIGHTING CANDLE"
"LUMIERE- THE LIGHTING CANDLE"
This painting is being inspired from a disney character LUMIERE which is a lighting candle in the movie BEAUTY AND THE BEAST . After belle , lumiere is one of the character that I loved the most, when I was a small girl , so I collaborated my love for the character and my passion which turned out in this painting , where I also added white sparkles in the background to showcase a magical effect which the movie had on its audience, years back.
HUNNY !! BUNNY !!
This painting is inspired from the character BUGS BUNNY created by warner bros.
Bugs is an anthropomorphic gray and white rabbit or hare who is characterized by his flippant, insouciant personality. Here, I have added my creativity in the painting to present the character in a more
